SUMMARY

A Global BPO in the Heart of Cape Town will allow you to be part of a growing team, whilst running with and working on multiple projects with Businesses and Clients, coming from an extensive Client Relationship Management background within a BPO environment.

*Must have BPO Experience*

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Portfolio Management – End-of-end owner of key accounts from IT Operations perspective ITSM and Operations Delivery
Ensuring SLA adherence,
Service Operations Reviews
Driving Effectiveness of Compliance & Information Security as part of Operations of client processes.
Working with Internal Audit Teams to meet compliance requirements.
Technical knowledge and capabilities/understanding
Desktop / Laptop Support
Networking / Systems / Voice / Business Applications
End User Computing and Support and Operations
Remote Workforce Management
ITIL / ITSM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing and able to operate in a 24/7 Environment and work on-site operating USA hours.
BPO experience is Critical for the role
8+ Years in Managing IT operations of Large Client Relationships (800+/- Seats)
Relevant IT Qualifications
