IT RECRUITMENT AND CRM CONSULTANT (INTERNAL ROLE)

We currently have the above vacancy and wish to invite suitably qualified and experienced applicants to submit their details for our consideration. This role is within a large corporate company – it is an internal role. The company business focus is in the Tech Space (Digital / IT environment). The ideal candidate will come from an IT / Digital / Tech environment and must have significant experience in recruitment and talent management. This is an Employment Equity position.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Matric (coupled with relevant and extensive experience)
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be ideal
• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in IT / Digital / Tech industry dealing with Recruitment or Graduate Programmes and Account Management.
• Experienced in bulk project recruitment would be ideal (the company manager multiple project or programmes that vary in numbers / size)
• Skilled and knowledgeable in liaising with clients in IT / Digital industry environment
• Experienced and skilled in managing staff, learners or graduates on various sites
• Must have own transport with a valid driver's licence – this is essential (you will be required to visit various clients on sites across Cape Town – and possibly ad-hoc in other provinces)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR departments at Client Companies (Corporate Stakeholders and Clients)
• Manage and develop a database of client companies, identifying demand for skills and feeding back to programme and product development teams
• Liaise with companies regarding their requirements and match relevant candidates to the identified opportunities
• Gather evidence in line with reporting requirements and obtain feedback on learner / graduate / candidate performance
• Actively share and communicate relevant information pertaining to placement activities with stakeholders periodically during the life of the program / project
• Prepare and present to potential client companies and others as required (Presentations)
• Build positive relationships with candidates and the candidate managers, understanding skills and requirements to better fit them to client companies and placement opportunities
• Develop relationships with existing customers, partners and their member firms to widen client company network
• Plan, manage, monitor and direct placement interventions, working closely with the programme team to align activity to their project plans and the Operational Plan
• Run information events for candidates interested in the placements on offer
• Work with Recruitment Managers to support effective candidate selection activity for each intake in line with client company demand
• Manage the interview process where relevant on behalf of client companies, working closely with relevant hiring managers, HR partners etc.
• Manage and control placement reporting, evidence collection and provide insight for project reports and success factors.
• Control all administration processes relating to candidate placement
