My client, the largest paper and plastics packaging and recycling business in Southern Africa, is looking for an IT Service Technician to work at the Pinetown site on a long-term contract basis.

As the first line IT support for the site, you will attend to all service and incident requests, conduct 1st line trouble shooting and resolve all requests according to contracted Service Level Agreements.

You are the ideal candidate if you:
- You have your own car and valid driver’s license
- Have great communication skills at all levels in English
- Have matriculated or have an N3 qualification with Maths as a subject
- Have achieved a certificate or diploma in IT
- You are a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or have a Microsoft Professional Certification
- Have 1+ Years’ Experience in Desktop Support
- Proficient in MS Office

- Have exceptional soft-skills or telephone skills
- You have working experience on MS Projects and MS Visio
- You are fluent in Afrikaans as well
- You have an ITIL Foundation qualification
- You are competent in Microsoft Active Directory
