IT Software systems solutions experience in either Individual Life Insurance OR Group Life Insurance and Risk OR Funeral/death OR disability Insurance cover Industry experience OR Medical aid or Pension experience.
Strong working experience in the IT software Systems Development Life Cycle and associated Project Management processes.
Practical working experience as an IT Software external Client service account management.

Must have min. 3 to 8 years’ CRM in IT Software SDLC, Agile + Project Management processes working experience and in going personally oneself to see external outside Clients Face to face up to executive level at Clients premises for IT software solutions and related products, processes and systems that the Client would request to be developed are essential.
Must have gained experience in going personally to see external Clients to discuss needs of Clients and to obtain IT Software Spec that the Client requires, and then bringing the Spec back to own offices to give to the Software Team to be developed.
Acts as the liaison between one who is working for an organisation and its external clients, and is responsible for the day-to-day IT Software management of client accounts.

IT Software Technical assistance.
Verify all tasks by performing full systems integration IT Software regression testing prior to deployments to client environments.
Manage all IT Software deployments (i.e. Hotfixes, patches, releases) and data fixes.
Apply systems configuration to all IT Software environments (incl. Regression testing environment) and client environments.
Ensure that the IT Software regression testing environment is maintained by documenting all test scenarios and all test cases.
Manage IT Software regression testing results, and where defects are identified, prioritise these identified defects with the client for development resolution.
This person works to resolve IT Software client business and process problems and ensures that new software products and enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered timeously and as expected.
Managing IT Software projects and programs in a professional manner and being able to plan strategically with the support of the Program Manager.
IT Software Presentation skills.
Work with clients, internal IT Software operational business areas and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions.
Manage and participate in IT Software operational prioritisation meetings.

Direct IT Software support to own developers at company you were working for to clarify client requirements with assistance and from own Business Analysts who the company one is working at.
Manage and participate in IT Software tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritisation, business Requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments.
IT Software System and system environment administration, release management and configuration.
Identify, implement opportunities to improve IT Software service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity.
