Matric with IT software qualification
Certified Scrum Master and Agile certificate
Background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology but not essential
Min 4 -6 plus years’ experience as It Software Scrum Master /Agile Coach in a IT software development environment
Agile Coach experience
PSM I or II, CSM, CSP experience
SDLC experience
Solid Agile implementation experience (Scrum and/or Kanban) essential
Change management
Experience in the use of conflict management techniques (Non-Violent Communication by Rosenberg) and negotiation skills
Experience in leading and demonstrating to team value of adopting agile values, principles
Understanding of Team Development Stages – Tuckman’s model
Experience of the Software Development process environment which includes understanding IT software terminology
Continual self-improvement – growing your craft; blogs; scrum user groups/forums/gatherings; on-going professional development
Salary range R 30 000 – R 45 000 Gross per month neg.
