Min 1 -6 plus working years’ experience as a IT Software Scrum Master in a IT Software Development Environment within the Life Insurance or Group Life Insurance / Life and Risk Industries or other financial services Industries or any Other Industries or in the Actuarial Industries
SDLC experience is essential
Agile experience
Scrum qualification/certificate
Driver’s License.
Able to go and see external Clients ONLY if needed at their premises to discuss needs of certain software needed to be developed within the external Clients Company
Agile coaching experience advantage
PSM I or II, CSM, CSP experience advantage
SDLC experience essential

Salary range R30 000 – R35 000 Gross per cost to Company monthly package CTC
