International company that develops a leading system used by logistics companies to manage and run their businesses, needs an IT literate, customer focused support consultant to join their busy team.

You should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and have excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a busy role so you must be able to cope with pressure and be able to work logically and efficiently. A relevant tertiary qualification will be ideal as will experience of working in the logistics industry (although not essential).
