RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an IT SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER (HILTON AREA) for a well-established concern in the Hilton area.

PERSON MUST HAVE STRONG PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING / IMPROVING SYSTEMS / PROCESSES.
PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Fluent in English and Zulu.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Person will be required to travel into local residential areas.
Relevant qualification/s an added advantage but not essential.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including a good knowledge of IT.
Excellent research, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Ability to take initiative and independently problem-solve.
Principled and trustworthy with complex and possibly sensitive information as well as relationships.
Ability to work with a diverse team.
Development and maintenance of online related data collection and presentation system. Manage and develop the entire IT system, including setup of new systems for the support center. Manage all background processes of the donor development and maintenance system. Manage and develop staff vehicle fleet system.
Develop the sponsored tracking system.
Gathering data and presenting reports to the Director related to new initiatives; new donor relationships and reporting requirements for existing relationships. Handling all special requests by donors and potential donors, such as special reports or documents.
Research, develop, and manage the new staff study programme, including possible courses, application deadlines, and setting up decision meetings. Assist the leadership by developing the online portal for tracking individual progress. Assist the Director in implementing behavior change goals for the leadership and team.
Handle relationships management of small and medium funders, including site visits and special requests. Handle all background aspects of the donor development process.
Build a competent and capable team to expertly handle all the necessary aspects of support services, while identifying gaps that may need to be filled. Delegate, train and enable all members of the team to thrive in their roles.
