Minimum requirements:
• IT Certification (A+, Network+, CCNA, Windows 7/10, Windows Server, )
• 3 years’ experience as Support Technician
• Valid driver’s license with own transport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English essential)
• Essential experience in:
? Good understanding and strong troubleshooting skills in:
• Microsoft Windows 7, 8 & 10
• Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 & 2016
• Microsoft Server 2003 & 2008/2012
• Active Directory
• DHCP
• DNS
? Extensive Networking skills/experience.
? IT Security (Antivirus, Firewall’s, SPAM filters, etc.)
? Exchange 365
? Cambium technologies
? 3CX Pabx
? VM experience (VM Ware)
• Experience in the following advantageous:
? MikroTIK
? Fortigate Firewalls
? Sophos Firewalls
? SQL
? Pastel
? VIP

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support on the Rola Services Helpdesk
• Installing, maintaining & troubleshooting hardware, software & networks
• Call Outs to remote dealerships.
• Liaising with suppliers
