IT Technician (JB944)
Location: Northriding, Johannesburg
Salary: R12 - 15 000 CTC + petrol card for business travel
Own vehicle required

This small IT company provides end to end solutions in connectivity, IT services, print solutions and CCTV. They offer their clients a full suite of support structured to so they only have to have 3rd party support from one supplier. Duties:
• Provide 2nd line remote assistance to users and travel to client site for resolution if required
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
• Maintain and service devices to ensure functionality
• Repair and configure hardware peripherals
• Installing and configuring software according to specifications
• Develop and maintain networks to optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks
• Provide guidance to users on new software or equipment
• Maintain CMS records
• Ensure communication with clients is maintained

Minimum requirements
• Have a broad knowledge and understanding of IT solutions
• Experience working with Ubiquiti Unifi or similar
• Experience working with laptops, desktops, printers, firewalls and networks
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience with Cisco
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Own vehicle required
