RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT TECHNICIAN for a well-established, growing concern. Position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
3-4 years previous experience in a similar position.
MCSA or MCSE certification (or studying towards).
A+ and N+ certification.
Working experience in virtualization with Hyper-V and VMware will be beneficial.
Working experience in setting up AD, DNS, DHCP server.
Working experience in various server operating systems. Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.
Experience in all desktop/laptop and printer support. Proficient in all Windows operating systems.
Person must have previous experience using remote access software like TeamViewer, AnyDesk etc.
Experience in networking (knowledge of how to set up a network with switches, routers, etc).
Person must be prepared to be on standby one weekend a month.
Person must be willing to work overtime when required.

Salary package offered: - R10 000-00 – R15 000-00 per month (negotiable, depending on previous experience)
