Your key job responsibilities as the Italian speaking Account Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

- Maintaining constructive hiring client/employer company relationships with a focus on client retention and solution utilisation
- Report on client engagement, risks and health
- Client and user needs identification
- Product and solution functionality specification formulation
- Engaging and liaising with technical development team or relevant forums
- Product and solution demonstrations, presentations and upselling
- Ensure profitable revenue growth within the assigned employer
- Conducting contractor on-boarding and subscriptions
- Provide user support on assigned contractors
- Management reporting on budget, sales, trends, projects, product development and other items as required by MD

Requirements for this Italian speaking Account Manager job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

- Must be fluent in Italian with the ability to communicate in Portuguese too
- Relevant first degree or diploma in any of the following fields: HSE, Logistics, Legal, Marketing and General Business Management
- 3 years specialist experience in CRM
- 3 years support center experience
- Knowledge of Contractor management
- Target industry knowledge
