A German Speaking Change Analyst is required to join an established ITIL Change Management team. Responsibilities will include the following:

Ensure all Requests for Changes are registered on the Company's Tool Management System for tracking and auditing of SLA / OLA.
Vet all Request for Changes.
Ensure all logged Request for Changes, are promptly and correctly approved by authorized approvers.
Ensure all logged RFCs are updated on the Tool Management System with progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality.
Ensure all Emergency Changes are efficiently processed in line with the Change Management procedure and communicated to relevant parties.
Ensure all approved changes are communicated to all effecting service owners and the SOC Bridge.
Liaise with all necessary parties to co-ordinate the change building, testing and implementation in line with schedules.
Ensure all RFCs are closed within a timely manner.
Host/ Attend the Customer CAB meetings.
Host /Attend all other required customer meetings
Produce all client monthly reporting to the agreed contractual timescales
Own the Remote Services Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) and ensure that the most up to date version is available for all to view and updates communicated.
Provide ad-hoc and routine Change Management reports to the agreed timescales.
Make notes of issues to cascade to the Change Manager for Customer CSIP meetings
Send all Improvements/updates to Customer documentation & Change Process to Senior Analysts or Change Managers
Review & learn from Quality checks done by the Change Manager
Process Documentation Creation
Compile and send Account summaries to Change Managers before the 25th of every month
Complete Project Tracker accurately and on time
Complete all open PGLS for the day
Identify and raise issues in your team issues tracker
Raise blockers and concerns in daily huddle sessions
Management of Idle Time
Respond to emails in a timeously manner
Requirements

Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
At least 2 years experience in an IT related environment. (preferred)
Strong Customer Service background
Fluent in German
Works under general supervision and able to use own discretion
Demonstrates analytical and sytematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments
Analyst needs to work in a concise and professional manner
Good time management skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
ITIL V3 or V4 advantages
ITSM experience beneficial
