Java 8 experience (ideally)
Strong grasp of OO design patterns and fundamental data structures
Spring or J2EE APIs experience

Relational and NoSQL database experience
Automated testing and code quality skills - bonus
DevOps experience (e.g. CI/CD, ops support) - advantageous
Microservices and cloud application experience - advantageous
