• Experience building back-end or full stack applications
• Strong grasp of application architecture, and Spring or J2EE APIs
• Ability to create technical diagrams
• OO design patterns and fundamental data structures experience
• 3rd party libraries and APIs, and RESTful/ SOAP APIs experience
• Relational and NoSQL database experience
• Automated testing and DevOps experience - bonus
• Microservices and cloud application experience – bonus
• Java 8, Kotlin experience - bonus
