We’re looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Person for Waterfront based client. You need to be able to work long hours (09:00 – 21:00), week-ends and public holidays. Use your knowledge of fine jewellery in assisting clients with selecting and purchasing jewellery, provide information, showcase merchandise and handle transactions.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of and experience with fine jewellery, metals and gemstones
• Excellent customer service
• Well presented
• Well spoken – no accent
• Qualification in jewellery (advantage)
• Able to work POS
• Experience with Forex

Duties:
• Meet and greet clients
• Assist clients with selecting and purchasing jewellery
• Provide information and advise on styles and trends
• Showcase merchandise
• Handle sales transactions
• After sales service, e.g. wrap jewellery, repairing jewellery, cleaning, etc.
• Maintain appearance and inventory of jewellery display
• Follow store policies and procedures regarding security, safety and loss prevention

• Work Environment: 45 hours per week (09:00 – 21:00)
