Salary: R25 000.00 basic + benefits

Key Skills Required:
• Previous experience in Account Management with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Outstanding communication skills and verbal acuity
• Goal oriented personality
• Persuasive skills and the ability to solve problems
• Highly self-motivated and focused with attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisation
• He / She must display the characteristic of always being prepared and totally informed about products, services and the industry. Knowledge of preparing a sales pitch is critical and the successful candidate should have a track record to show how it has been practiced
• Good knowledge of the Solar Industry is preferable

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients, existing and new
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expanding relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Prepare, document and present well thought out sales pitches
• Prepare regular feedback of progress and forecasts to management
• Accurate data entry on the company CRM
• Provide customer training on the reseller portal
• To achieve pre-agreed targets and deadlines set by the Sales Manager
