JNR SOUS CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER - Country Club; Helderberg Area

Pick Me Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a talented Jnr Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager at a Country Club based in the Helderberg area.
The perfect individual has a strong operational skill and is able to work at a high pace with attention to detail, passionate and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements

• A Diploma in Professional Cookery will be advantageous
• National Senior Certificate
• Vaccinations up to date
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Able to assist in effectively manage and run a team
• Experience in basic kitchen admin and section orders
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Exceptional work ethic
• Passionate about food production and eager to grow
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
• Computer literate

Remuneration: R9 500 - R12 500 Gross
