Our Customer service advisors are responsible for speaking directly with our incredible clients and financial professionals via an inbound line and provide responses to general contract and transaction inquiries. The use of various desktop tools is required skill to ensure current and accurate information is provided as state regulations are subject to change. An important component of the Customer Service Role is to balance the technical skills required while remaining professional and empathetic with the client during this critical interaction.
Functions
Below outlines the main areas of transaction processing responsibility:
• Ensure that the calls are handled as per Desktop procedures
• Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met
• Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence standards
• Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Minimum requirements
• Credit and criminal clear
• Grade 12 or matric equivalent
• Must have fibre or reside in a fibre ready area
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to work night shift
