Accountant with relevant Financial Service Industry experience and B.Comm Degree or similar accounting qualification, required for a position in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:
• B.Comm Degree in Finance or finance related degree essential
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry essential
• Advanced Excel and Accpac skills required

Responsibilities:
• Monthly processing of financial information
• Prepare and load payments
• Prepare monthly reports to be included in Management Accounts
• Balance loan accounts
• Prepare audit working papers
• Monthly preparation and distribution of adviser loan statements
• Follow up on unallocated commissions
• Reconcile and balance cashbooks
• Follow up on outstanding cashbooks
• Daily cashflow analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
