Junior Accountant
Duties and related Experience
? Accounting/ Bookkeeping up to trail balance
? QuickBooks and Pastel experience
? Debtors, Creditors and bank recons
? Account recons and clearing accounts
? Payroll – wages, salaries and processing on VIP Payroll
? VAT, Paye, UIF, SDL, Workman’s compensation , EMP 501,
? TAX clearance certificates and recons
? IT12 & IT14 tax returns for corporate, trusts & individuals
? SARS and dealing with other related government departments
? Prep of year-end audits/ Bookkeeping
? Prep of annual financial statements using caseware
Min Requirements:
? Bcom or related qualification
? SAIPA articles training completed
? Own reliable transport
? Team player
? Passion for accounting
? Nurturing personality with a caring attitude towards clients
? Fluent in Afrikaans and English
? Accurate, neat, organised and resourceful
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills – corporate level
? Fully computer literate
? Advanced Accounting software experience
