About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position:
• Junior Analyst
Duties :

• Strong documentation skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organization and presentation skills, including balancing multiple responsibilities and effectively meeting deadlines.
• Highly analytical with a holistic approach and has strong problem-solving skills (has experience in working with PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong technical skills (experience and comfortability using web-based applications)
• Demonstrated strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong excel skills, experience of PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, and other IT groups.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant qualification
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have the ability to plan, organize and structure work.
• Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other processing software programs.
• Good analytical and evaluative skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Keen to take responsibility and be accountable.
Aged between 18 and 34.
• Must be Unemployed.
• Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
• Candidates must reside in Midrand and surrounding areas.
