Bedfordview, Johannesburg: JUNIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed a must
-Legal Articles completed and admitted as an Attorney a must
-2 years experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation (Civil Law Litigation) a must
-Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Non smoker
-Must currently reside within commuting distance from Bedfordview
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation)
-General Attorney duties (Court appearances etc.)
-Compiling of legal documents in both Afrikaans and English
-Liaison and correspondent with clients in both Afrikaans and English
Salary: R 8 000.00 gross + commission on fees
