Job Description:

Prototype product features based on business requirements; 
Develop, test, debug, maintain and refactor product features;  
Develop, test, debug and maintain Perl backend code, SQL queries and frontend templates;  
Develop, update and maintain technical documentation; 
Provide internal support for system-related questions and issues. 

Qualifications

2+ years of backend web development experience
Object Oriented programming knowledge 
Familiar with modern MVC web frameworks  
Understanding of testing and continuous integration 
Experience with virtual machines for development (VMs) 
Good database (MySQL) knowledge 
Experienced with revision control (git) and multi-developer projects 
Write and maintain technical documentation  
Strong attention to detail 
Minimum 2 years professional experience 
Excellent English communication skills 
Passionate about learning new languages and technologies 

Beneficial skills

 Perl development experience especially with modern MVC frameworks (Mojolicious, Catalyst, Dancer) and testing (Test::Harness, Test::More, Test::Most) 
Interacting with APIs 
Linux command line
