ESSA™ is Hiring, Position: Junior Bookkeeper
A basic function to create financial transactions which include posting information to accounting journals and software.
- Demonstrate experience and skills in:
• Pastel Partner / Palladium;
• Cashbook;
• Debtors;
• Supplier management;
• Trial balance;
• Administration skills;
• Deadline driven and hard worker.
- Duties include:
• Management of 4 cashbooks (TA Accounts);
• Daily bank confirmations;
• Loading of airtime;
• Create and manage payment requisitions;
• Filing of payments and keeping finance files in order.
- Relevant qualification and experience
- Market related remuneration
- Position will be based in Midrand, Johannesburg
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Saturday and after hours as the need arises.
