Jnr Chef / Kitchen Manager position available for upmarket Italian Restaurant in Randburg area. Looking for individuals with 1+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in al a carte food delivery essential. Must have good all round cooking skills and must have some management experience. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Some knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Must be hard working and able to work under pressure. Formal qualification would be beneficial. Own car required.
