Systems:
• Systems management and deployment.

Data Management and Reporting
• Insuring that the data captured is accurately captured to ensure accurate reporting

Knowledge management
• Project management of the curriculum and material ensuring that it is accurately loaded onto the E-Portal.

Planning:
• Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
• Leads and provides direction for short- and long-term planning sessions to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
• Provides input from a business and IT perspective.

Business Requirements:
• Leads the assessment of needs utilising a structured requirements process (gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritise immediate business needs and recommends options, risks, and cost vs. benefits.
• Leads development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.
• Analyses operations to understand strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.

Business Process:
• Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

Business Case:
• May conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers.
• Responsible for business case development and presentation.

Testing:
• Reviews test plans.
• Monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
• Ensures test strategies involve appropriate integration and process components.

Problem Solving:
• Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution.


Education and competencies
• Has a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science or Business Science degree
• Has experience in database design, data management, cleaning and coding of data
• Has experience using the Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience using Microsoft Azure suite is advantageous
• Computational/coding ability advantageous
• Front-end and back-end development skills advantageous
