Provide application development for current systems as well we development of new systems, web-based applications, first level troubleshooting support, data quality and systems development support to the IT & S manager, all local & group IT operational systems, in line with the Group IT strategy, policies, procedures and operational targets.

EDUCATION:
Min: Software Engineering Degree, BTech Information Systems (Programming as major)

Ideal: Advanced programming in C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript,

EXPERIENCE:
Min: 1-2 years strong development experience on platforms like .Net, Java , HTML , Phython, C# , VB , SQL DB , Microsoft SQL Query writing, SQL Report Writing.

Ideal: 3 Years’ experience in a development team. Must have proven development skills with a portfolio of evidence to support this.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

1. Provide first line, technical application systems development and support.
2. Provide first line, technical operations, development and support on systems using Microsoft SQL.
3. Pro-active systems maintenance and design improvements - drive system changes to meet business needs
4. Develop new applications and systems in accordance with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
5. Develop operational reports in accordance with business requirements and support existing operational reports using query writing tools.
6. Maintain source code quality controls and governance within the boundaries of development best practices
