The ideal candidate will be in possession of a Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in engineering.

Results Required:

• Form part of the consultation, review, implementation, and design team for capital projects.
• Compile company standards and best practices in the engineering fields.
• Achieve or improve on budgeted cost of production.
• Apply total preventative maintenance methodologies and programs.
• Maintain engineering-related downtime.
• Drive Health and Safety compliance
• Offer production technical guidance.
• Support production facilities to resolve issues.
• Guide engineers/artisans and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate new technologies and apply them in operations.
