Small manufacturing concern is seeking a Junior Export Clerk to join the team.

You will be responsible for:

Receiving, monitoring and processing daily freight movements.
Ensuring the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and their exporters
Receive and collate export paperwork
Allocate bookings and process shipments in accordance with SOP
Confident with dealing with entry formalities
Complete customs procedures
Work with appointed routed agents and company operated services
Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience in air, sea and road transport
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Able to demonstrate good administrative skills
Good interpersonal skills
Customer Care skills
Attention to detail
Computer Literate
Must have intermediate to advanced Excel experience
