JUNIOR FARM MANAGER- PAARL

Our client, a wine and grain farm who is based outside Paarl, is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and hardworking Junior Farm Manager, preferably grew up on a farm and has strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent planning and communication skills.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner of the farm.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• A Diploma in Agriculture
• Minimum 3 years wine grape farming
experience. Knowledge of grain farming will
be to your advantage.
• Code 10 driver’s license
• Good interpersonal skills
• Mechanical abilities
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• The management of farm workers
• Recordkeeping of chemical spraying and
stock taking.
• Recordkeeping of irrigation
• General maintenance of equipment and farm
implements

The company will compensate the successful individual with a market-related remuneration which includes housing as well as a 13th cheque.
