Requirements:
A MCSE/A+/N+ or qualification or a related one.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk rendering remote IT support.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Have a secure and reliable internet connection at home as all staff are currently set up to work from remotely from home due to COVID-19.
