JUNIOR FOREMAN – EQUITY (FMCG Manufacturing) UITENHAGE/PORT ELIZABETH. My client within the FMCG manufacturing industry is urgently looking for Junior experienced Foreman who is willing to work shifts within their manufacturing environment. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Matric; Must possess a Management Diploma by a recognised institution; Must have previously worked as a Foreman / Production Manager within a FMCG manufacturing environment; Must have leadership abilities and be able to manage and lead a team independantly; Must have a minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience; Must have mechanical, electrical and manufacturing knowledge and experience. Must have own reliable arranged transport due to shift work requirements. Must be reliable, hard- working and have a solid work history with contactable work references.
