Role: Junior Graphic Designer

Purpose:

The successful candidate will be exposed to marketing strategy formulation and will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing material that sees the business and marketing requirements come to fruition. The candidate will work across all mediums and channels of Marketing and Branding.
Ensure alignment with Corporate Identity (CI) across media, including but not limited to website, brochures, promotional material, social media, digital media, newsletters, emails, advertisements, signages etc.

Duties:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Computer Literate – Microsoft Office (complete suite).
• Must be prepared to display portfolio of design work.
• Be creative and enthusiastic.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Copywriting skills advantageous.
• Fluently in English (verbal and written communication).
• HTML knowledge beneficial.
• Printing knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in third party email platforms (MailChimp) an advantage.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
• Sourcing relevant stock photography and video for campaigns.
• Preparing mock-ups and presenting before deciding on a final design/concept.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to production.

• Youth (18-34 years), Unemployed
