HR Analyst with tertiary qualification and minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR analysis, monthly reporting and administrative duties, required for company in the Financial Sector, based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:
• Tertiary qualification – Diploma or Degree
• Minimum 1-2 years’ HR Analysis experience
• Ability to analyse and evaluate HR issues
• Experience in researching and reading data/reports required
• Experience in Financial services environment preferred
• Software: MS Excel (advanced), MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
• Support HR Operations and Reporting Manager with analytics, monthly reporting and administration
• Analyse and present data and reports – identifying errors, advising on solutions
• Identify and resolve HR issues
• Assist with job audits, HR investigations and stakeholder liaison
• Create and deliver specialized presentations
• Review employee and candidate data; process data into HR database
• Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Health and Safety reporting and compliance across business
• Ensure HR website and portals are updated
• Load recruitment adverts and content on digital platforms
