We are looking for a junior Technician to join the support team. Candidates will require 1 years experience in the I.T field, duties will include, Desktop,Laptop and Server Maintenance, troubleshooting network and printer issues, hardware sales and installations, CCTV

Skills:
Strong desktop, operating system and software is essential
Proven ability to assemble, diagnose, and repair PCs, as well as handle customer service support cases.
Experience working with computers in a technical or support capacity.
Exposure to networking principles and IT support tasks.
Basic CCTV knowledge and Access Control to assist with troubleshooting and installations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice
Must Have valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
Must have reliable communication / Internet in place at home to attend to after hours support from time to time
Must be able to communicate with customers and answer any technical queries
Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and operate with minimal supervision
