Junior Linux Engineer required who will perform maintenance tasks, support, and configurations with the engineering team. Though the role is centralized around Linux and Maintenance mostly, you will be working within the AWS Cloud Environment and gain great exposure in this space to transition into engineering over time. Linux Certification with 2+ years’ experience in Linux System Administration and some knowledge of AWS

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and configuring of client Linux Servers and AWS environment
Installation and configuring of gateways, VPN, etc
Administering and Maintaining client Linux Servers
Troubleshooting of internet connection issues
Maintenance tasks throughout the day
Admin documentation as required

Requirements:
Linux Qualification/s
2+ Years of Linux experience is required
Some knowledge of AWS
Linux System Administration
Ability to Document/Provide feedback on environments
Ability to set priorities, goals, and timelines to achieve maximum productivity
Ability to effectively exchange information, ideas and communicate efficiently
Overall Troubleshooting skills with an ability to persevere
Ability and willingness to learn

Beneficial:
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, AWS Developer, AWS SysOps or AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification (Any 1 of these will be beneficial, but we will also help drive these for your career if none are currently applicable)
Windows Server support (1+ years) would be beneficial
Experience with automation tools would be beneficial, but not required.
