Our client requires the service of an Junior Operational Project Analyst to contribute to the roll-out, implementation, improvement and optimisation of various projects

Key performance areas:

? Investigate / research all alternatives
? Propose a variety of solutions
? Report and provide feedback (i.e. writing a report & drawing up spreadsheets)
? Get buy-in from people through influence
? Strategically plan a project
? Ensure detailed, physical implementation of project

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a Business related Degree (an Accounting / Management Accounting degree will be advantageous)
? 1 – 2 Years business related experience will be advantageous
? Must have knowledge of financial principles
? Knowledge or business principles and operational systems and procedures will be advantageous
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel – Intermediate)
? Good interpersonal skills
? Must have good report writing and presentation skills
? Project management skills will be advantageous
? Conflict management skills will be advantageous
? Must be willing to work flexible hours
? Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
? Must have an entrepreneurial and commercial thinking ability
? Must have good planning, analyzing and organizational skills
? Must be adaptable and able to respond to change
? Must be able to cope with pressure and setbacks in the workplace
