Job Overview
As a Junior Project Coordinator your key functions would include site administration, snagging, project administration and reporting, mainly; snagging Blok owned apartments, implementing snag schedules with the main contractor, communicating and coordinating with owners and arranging access where required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Site Administration
Represent Blok on site and coordinate teams w.r.t snags
Communicate and manage all feedback from site to Development Team, where applicable
Site meeting minute taking
Client Communication:
Assist clients with queries on the various elements of their new apartment.
Communicate and document any critical snags to the development team
Photograph, document and feedback progress to clients.
Access coordination:
Liaising with clients and owners in order to gain access into respective units to address snags of concern
Communicating Main Contractor available times to clients and arranging access accordingly.
Communicating with brokerage and informing of any changes on site
Quality and snagging:
Implementing snag schedules created by Project Coordinator
Post Project handover (pre-transfer)
Managing the relationship between subcontractors and managing agent (scheduling training sessions and ensuring effective communication)
Project administration:
Preparing for meetings and updating systems accordingly (teamwork)
Other:
General ad hoc duties as the company sees fit.
Digitalizing and hardcopy filing where necessary
Preparation of any presentations where necessary

Required Skills
Strong attention to detail & highly organized
Excellent understanding and communication of the English Language
Competent in Excel, Outlook and Word (MS Office Suite) and good at learning new software.
Positive and professional attitude and appearance
Preferred Administrative & Construction experience
Required hours per week
• Hours: 25-30hours/week
