We are searching for a Professional Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction company. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:

Requirements

• + 4 years QS and Contractual experience
• N Dip in Quantity Surveying , B Tech in Q.S will be an added advantage.
• CCS (candy ) knowledge non negotiable
• Traceable references of previous projects and companies
• Drivers licence
• Available Immediately

• A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to use the CCS software

Responsibilities
• price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
• measure and value the work done on site
• Prepare the subcontractor payments
• liaise with the client and other construction professionals
• Prepare and submit the relevant reports
