Our high-end Residential Development client is looking for a young, dynamic Quantity Surveyor to assist within this high pressured environment. Awesome team!!

Qualifications:
N.Dip (Civil) (Preferable) or BSc (Construction)/ Diploma Quantity Surveyor
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role in reputable company
Computer Literate
Driver’s License and own transport
Accuracy with figures / calculations.
Ability to work to tight schedule.
Ability to Interpret Drawings.
Basic knowledge of Engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Compilation and monitoring of project budgetary allowances
• Preparation works for interim monthly Valuations to client
• Manage sub-contractor accounts
• Preparation works for Final accounts - Client and Sub-contractors
• Knowledgeable in JBCC contracts
• Knowledgeable in CCS or Buildsmart
• Measuring on site
• Preparation of tender documents
• Provide progress reports on contractors
