Restaurant / Bar in Sunninghill is looking for a junior Manager with 3+ years restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must be well spoken, well groomed and have good customer relations skills. Candidates must have long working history with previous employers, no job hoppers will be considered. Position suitable for candidates with strong front & back of house management skills. Must be able to work alone and take responsibility, will report directly to the owner. Duties will include stock management, staff management, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures. Applicants must be ambitious, self motivated and energetic. Salary 8 - 10K nett.
