As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for a combination of on-the-road sales and call centre activities, ensuring a diverse skill set and a well-rounded approach to meeting and exceeding targets. Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients in the Cape Town area.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Engage in phone-based sales activities to reach out to a broader audience and generate leads.
Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing information and guidance to potential customers.
Proactively follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Regularly review and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Adapt to changing market conditions and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs


A minimum of 2 years face to face on the road sales
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a call centre
Own vehicle
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales and for achieving targets
