Our client requires the service of Junior Software/Help Desk Support Assistant

Key performance areas:

? Assist with training new and existing customers (telephone & online)
? Support logging/ticketing, prioritisation and tracking
? Troubleshooting customer queries
? Testing customer solutions
? Issue tracking, description and escalation to development team
? Customer and user setup and profile maintenance
? Imports and data validation
? Quality control
? Reporting and dashboards
? General administration

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification
? Experience in customer and helpdesk support role and be able to handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software setup (including in-house development support and coordination)
? Ability to build strong customer relations
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite - especially Excel)
? Trello
? A good understanding of financial reporting (debits and credits) and the ability to read general ledger entries will be advantageous
? Must have a ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for customer service
? Good telephone manners and creating a good impression of the organisation
