Junior Sous Chef position available for busy upmarket Restaurant in Midrand. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant a la carte chef experience. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation, quality control and general kitchen management duties. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work in a very big and busy kitchen. Formal qualification beneficial. Salary R 10000 - 15000 K nett depending on experience.
