The position will be responsible for monitoring and maintain the Diesel deliveries in and out of the Mine. And supervision of loading of Coal at the Mines Siding.

WORKING SHIFTS NON NEGOTIABLE AS THIS IS 24HOUR PLANT

Diesel Management /Supervision in a 24/7 operation

Capturing and comparing data entered on trip sheets by drivers

Reconciliation of mine site diesel daily

Reconciliation and preparing payments of cash accounts for diesel

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, weighing, and unloading coal at the Coal Siding, ensures that coal is correctly weighed, unloaded and manages that stock piles are in line, coal correctly loaded and piled in the relevant storage areas.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1-2 year’s Supervisory and Diesel administration experience in a mining environment
Matric / Numerical skills
Basic Computer literacy
Must be able to work shifts ( non-negotiable)
Filing and record keeping
Good oral and written communication skills
Time management
Ability to multitask
