Junior Technical Support Analyst.
Johannesburg

• Identify, investigate and resolve problems.
• Conduct root analysis and identify suitable solutions.
• Responsible for identifying, investigating and managing underlying application issues on a day to day basis
• A single point of contact of any application related issues across the business
• Responsible for root cause analysis for any major application issues or application failures
• Responsible for performing data change request where mistakes have been made by users when completing a business process
• Proactive detection of problems
• Ability to resolve problems at database level


Qualification, Knowledge and Experience required:

• Grade 12 / Matric with an achievement symbol of no less than C for Higher Grade Maths
• Computer related degree or diploma
• 1-year experience in this discipline or relevant tertiary qualifications
• ITIL Practitioner (Problem Management) certified
• Experience with regression, usability, sanity and functional testing methods will be beneficial
• SQL technologies
• Problem solving

• Trend analysis
• Ability to resolve problems at database level
