Purpose
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities and implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these key accounts.

Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification
Minimum 3-5 work experience as Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Ensuring that key account strategic objective targets are met
Assessing customers’ / client needs on different products and service that the company provide
Regular follow up with the customer / client regarding orders
Any other reasonable instruction related to the department
