• Degree in Sales and Marketing Management
• Microsoft Office (advanced level)
• 5 years External Sales experience
• Experience in negotiations with customers
• 5 years sales experience in a manufacturing environment
To maintain high levels of standards for quality and customer service in order to drive business sustainability.
To identify business opportunities and propose action plans that can be implemented to increase sales to support growth.
To ensure that budgeted forecasts are aligned to the Gross Profit targets by sector and specific customer to enable business decision-making.
To manage the sales order book and ensure products are ordered and delivered as per the customer requirements and within the manufacturing timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
To build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders in order to drive business sustainability and customer confidence.
To regularly assess customer needs through effective communication and feedback to ensure excellent customer service, sound customer relations and trust relationships.
To measure customer satisfaction to understand where improvement can be made and to implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction and service delivery.
To ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
