Overview of the Role
Manage telecoms kiosks
Communication and relationship with regional clients in retail space.
Ensure kiosk targets are met and exceeded
Ensure quality customer service experience is at desired levels
Drive growth and innovation for the division
Recruiting, training, managing and appraising staff.
Manage promotional activities
Ensure stock integrity and availability
Take appropriate action to ensure adherence to expense budgets
Proactively seek to identify and manage risks
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff
to do so.
Interface with the customer up to executive level on a regular basis
Deliver results: ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve
objectives and targets
Collaborating with senior management on the division management and growth
Customer management: tactful, resolute and committed to providing excellent
Ensure prompt problem solving
Payroll input and final send off to HR
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Willing to travel extensively.
National Diploma – Marketing and Sales
Experience in fast paced sales environment
Experience in managing SLA
Experience in directly managing staff
Customer relations management
3-5 years managerial experience in retail and telecoms industry
Valid driver’s license
